Knox Heritage Welcomes Annette Brun
Former Scripps Networks Interactive marketing executive, Annette Brun, has joined Knox Heritage as director of engagement and estate manager. Brun joins Knox Heritage after nearly 25 years with Knoxville-based Scripps Networks Interactive, recently acquired by Discovery. Her experience there includes B2B and B2C marketing, digital/social media, experiential, and corporate social responsibility, supporting the parent company and its portfolio of brands like HGTV and Food Network.
In her new role, Brun will oversee all aspects of the Historic Westwood property including event marketing and the cottage rentals, located just behind the grand 1890’s estate. In addition, she will serve a leadership role in planning and marketing Knox Heritage Special events to engage members, increase visibility, and raise funds in support of the 501c3. Brun is no stranger to KH having served on the BOD and as president in 2013 & 2014.

Knox Heritage, founded in 1974, advocates for the preservation of places and structures with historic or cultural significance. The organization includes seven touch points for community engagement — The Historic Westwood Property, Vintage Properties, The Salvage Shop, and related professional services like federal tax credits management and research.
