When you walk into this stately craftsman house in the historic 4th and Gill neighborhood, you’ll think you’ve walked into a showpiece. Because you have! You may even recognize it from its starring role in several local commercials.
The house was built in 1910 by prominent Knoxville contractor, Oscar Dunn. His firm, J.M. Dunn & Sons, treated the home as part of their portfolio. It showcases their woodworking and art glass skills with oversized, intricate mantels and leaded glass. After a rough go as a rental house in the 70s and 80s, the current owners lovingly restored the home inside and out.
Join the homeowners and their neighbors for a casual, family-style supper full of hand-crafted, homemade recipes to compliment this one-of-a-kind Craftsman crown jewel.
