Please join Knox Heritage on September 18 for the 2020 East Tennessee Preservation Conference. This will be a virtual conference experience via the ZOOM platform and we have assembled a wonderful day of speakers and subject matter. PLUS, AIA continuing education credits have been approved.

Ethiel Garlington, the Executive Director of Historic Macon Foundation will be our keynote speaker. Jack Neely will discuss the recent Knoxville History Project publication about the Bearden neighborhood and the process of “publishing history”. We will dig deeper into the grassroots efforts one regional small town used to spur local preservation, visit with Becky Hancock, the Executive Director of the Historic Tennessee Theater Foundation, and much more!
