Donations are processed in real time and will be either charged to your credit card, debit card, or drafted from your checking account upon submission and approval, depending on the method selected.
All event ticket sales/admission charges are processed at time of purchase.
If tickets are required for entry, they will be mailed to the purchaser to arrive at least 7 days in advance of the event. If tickets are purchased within 7 days of the event, the purchaser’s name will be included on a “will-call” list at the door.
If no tickets are required for entry, the name of the purchaser will be included on a “will-call” list at the door.
Product purchases will be processed in real time and will be either charged to your credit card, debit card, or drafted from your checking account upon submission and approval, depending on the method selected.
All products will be shipped to the purchaser within 5 business days of the payment date, if/when shipping is included in the order. All pick-up orders will be available at the Knox Heritage office 2 business days after the payment date. Pick-up is only available during business hours and may require proof of ID.
For Donations or Products: Satisfaction Guaranteed. Simply contact us and we will review your request.
For Events: No refunds or exchanges will be made after payment is processed.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
- To send periodic emails, including emails about preservation news, updates, and events. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
